Appointments are not honored at this salon. Needless to say, I did not receive service at this salon. The stylist obviously overbooked her clients or doesn't respect the clients' time. My appt. was at 12 pm, at 1241 pm. I was still waiting. My time is just as important. Here's a PSA, COMMUNICATION is extremely important when servicing the public. If you're running behind, let the person know and don't assume they have nothing to do but wait until you have time for them.
This salon is so welcoming, warm and professional. The stylists are very skilled and I always walk away feeling beautiful. Highly recommend!
