They just get you in to hurry you up and get you out, they don't even wash your hair unless you insist upon it then the beautician has an attitude through the whole terrible haircut.
Love the professionalism and the awesome haircut I got from Hannah..
My daughter came in for an inverted concave bob. Shoulder length in the back, longer in the front. The lady gave her a regular bob all around same length. The bob itself isn't bad, but it isn't even close to what she asked for. The girl cutting her hair was dropping her tools on the floor. Disappointed wholeheartedly on her behalf.
