I agree with everything Angelica Taylor said! And I'm glad she called it out! I had the same exact experience when I popped in there for a pedi after seeing the high reviews. I definitely took my money elsewhere.

We went to this salon because of the high rating. My visit was brief, unwelcoming and no offer to schedule an appointment. It’s Friday around 4:45 pm, they close at 7. After being told twice they weren’t able to accommodate us. When I asked if I could schedule an appointment it was if I was asking to get my feet done for free. No problem I will go somewhere else because I hear you loud and clear. It’s not just today “I can’t” it’s any day. Service: Pedicure

My first impressions of this place is it was exactly what I was looking for when it came down to what I was looking for in a pedicure and more. I will say the location was a bit off in terms of we weren't sure what we were looking for and the building is like that of like an office building. I did call ahead and scheduled out my appointment by two weeks which is the max you can go out and a morning appointment seemed to be a great choice which the soonest I was able to schedule was 10 am. I walked in and was seen within 5 mins of entering and at the time didn't seem busy at all however that quickly changing in the small amount of time I was there which I would say maybe roughly 30-45 mins in total an hour at most since I def wanted to make sure my polish was dry. I got their deluxe treatment and I was primarily looking for the paraffin wax in a bag they place on your feet. I got that and more from this almost wet sand treatment in the beginning which was a little hot for me at moments
