My toddler first hair cut , she was so excited. But the experience was not good , the hair cut lady doesn’t seem to concern about how my daughter is feeling. She did hair cut in 5 minutes.I asked her to blow dry her hair. While doing it my daughter is saying it’s hurting , she doesn’t seem to concern keep on doing on same space. My daughter told multiple times finally started crying as it is hurting,. I had to stop blow dry as that lady doesn’t seem to concern about her pain. I feel it is not right behavior to the toddler. I won’t be going and suggesting this salon to any of my friends. Worst experience.

I left a message asking to reschedule and cancel my appointment I had made the day prior as I’m a college student with a rapidly changing schedule. The message went unreturned for hours and when I finally received a call back, I was met with the attitude of, “Well I wouldn’t have scheduled if I knew I couldn’t make it.” Extremely unprofessional and rude, especially when you don’t know what is going on in a customer’s life. Now I’m out money without a service because of a lack of communication. If you only allow 24 hours notice without charge, don’t allow next-day appointments. UPDATE: my instagram comment regarding the matter has been deleted and I have seen 4 of the stylists on their own accounts look at my Instagram stories.

I came here for the first time the other day and saw Taylor. She was incredibly sweet and easy to get along with, we talked about so many things and I left the salon feeling very happy! The service was quick and I have no complaints. If I need any hair services again I'd go back to Taylor in a heartbeat! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
