Smiley Nails

They offer a free nail set for your birthday, but when you call they never answer took me 8 days of calling for them to actually answer just for them to tell me I can’t get them done anymore. I have a call log off all the times I called, also they told me was the month of my birthday. Then they said was on the day of my birthday!

I have never had a regular manicure last this long. So far, I got it Saturday, and it hasn’t chipped. She did a good job with my cuticles too. So far, minimal skin peeling around the cuticles. Also, I think it’s the first time the polish didn’t smudge after getting them done. No matter how longs I’ve dried them under the fan in the past, there was always one smudged finger. I am a fan! I will be back. The little girl pedicure was also adorable. I’ll be back with my daughter for a mommy daughter day!

Extremely unfriendly. My 1st visit, walk in for a pedicure. Not one person said hello, welcome, nothing. Everyone was busy so I do understand but I am always Greeted wherever I go. Technician cold as ice. I am unfortunately a large woman & the chairs are so close together I could have used some help. I missed seeing the coat rack & the Technician did not even offer to hang it up for me. I had asked for extra time to massage a surgery nerve damaged foot. Omg what a big deal. They all were speaking in their language. Then I hear it will be extra. Of course. When I am finished I put socks on, I do not get color, no help getting my sock on & technician walks away doesn't guide me there is a step down & I almost fall! I should have been paying better attention I know. Everywhere I've every been is helpful. Then I pay, ask how long they have been in business, 6 Yrs! I ask for a business card, we don't have any. Wow who's been keeping these unfriendly uncaring salon in business. Stop. Service
