Dimple beauty salon provides best services. I highly recommend their service for threading waxing, haircut, and facial is at its best. I come back to them regularly for waxing, facial and haircut. I have tried many salons but Dimple's provide best service in very reasonable price. I travel 30 miles to get here and that explains their service. Honestly, I’ve been to so many locations and no one can shape my eyebrows as well as Dimple. She’s the sweetest person and also she’s very efficient. She does my eyebrow threading so fast that I don’t even feel it. I’ve been getting my eyebrows tinted recently and now I can’t go back without getting it done. I get so many compliments. This was my first time here and also my last. NEVER coming here again. I called to ask for prices and went off by the prices listed ON THEIR WEBSITE which I also confirmed with them on the phone. Then when it was time to pay they charge me more. And then they want to mention that prices changed AFTER I got my services done. Especially being my first time here and not being aware of any changes, if any, and then on top of that denying what they had told me and refusing to refund me. I called many other places that were charging me the same amount but I chose to come here because apparently reviews seemed good but might just be their own people leaving it. COMPLETE RIP OFF. They don’t know anything about good customer service. And if you scroll and go to the negative ratings, you’ll see customers who have been in the same predicament as me.
