Just wanted the back of my hair shaped up the senior stylist Charlie barely spent 15 minutes to cut & blow dry my hair . I came home with one side longer than the other side. So disappointing ! Service: Hairstyling
This is after an attempt to “correct” a botched, what I assume was meant to be balayage. I booked a partial highlight for my minor daughter, that was what she was intending to pay for. The stylist changed the service, based on a picture they found together online, without disclosing to us that the price would be more than double what we agreed to at booking-shady in my opinion. To top it off, her hair looked terrible, this is after a fix at this same Tricoci location . I’ve spent the last two months trying to resolve this through Tricoci “customer service.” Nothing. So we are out the money they charged to ruin my daughter’s hair and now after no help, headed elsewhere for color correction. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Wanted to give a great review to this location! Love Mario Tricoci. Always professional. This particular location is close to my home. Very convenient and plenty of parking. Service: Hairstyling
