Lee is so kind and has a big heart. it was my first time at this nail salon. i had a broken nail and she fixed it for me exactly how i wanted it and was explaining to me how she cares about her customers loyalty and kept saying “my pleasure” when i thanked her. The nicest nail lady i ever met. had the best prices i have ever seen in illinois!
Been here a few times and my nails always look fabulous! I recommend making an appointment because they do get very busy. The woman who did my no-chip most recently did a fantastic job and I received so many compliments on them - many people thought they were acrylic. Only once did I wait a long time, even after making an appointment on a weekday. However, I received an extra long massage during my pedicure, free offer to upgrade to dipped, and $5 off my bill due to the inconvenience.
I’ve been here twice and I got hurt and bled both times I was there. Not only that, the quality is just not there. I loved the people, they were all so so nice.. but quality is an important factor for me. I payed $45 for these :)
