My whole family and me have been going there for years. Great service friendly people. They do a good job and work hard to take care of the customers. Service: Haircut
Tessa was absolutely lovely and did a great job cutting off a massive amount of hair to help me combat the heat! She was super friendly and chatted with me about what look I wanted, and checked in several times during the cut to make sure it was what I wanted. Will definitely come back to her again!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I booked an appointment at 12 to be in at 1:45. I checked in at 1:48 and waited until 2:40. Not one person addressed me if they were running behind schedule. I checked in on the tablet and was greeted but never got taken care of. Poor service and communication. Clean establishment overall and in a great neighborhood.
