Came in to get my hair colored and the lady doing my hair applied bleach twice and even after the second time there was still a ton of brown left over. I would have been unhappy to pay half of what I was charged, but for $60 this was the worst hair experience of my life. Edit: I came back the next day and they refunded me $30, so even tho my hair still looks bad and I will have to pay someone else to fix it, at least it went down to the price of a regular haircut instead of some high end salon price.
