I’ve been going to bean for a long time but unfortunately I will not be returning. The last time I Went I made an appt at 3pm and wasn’t taken until 4 o’clock. I was rushed and I asked for French tip and was told no. This is now exactly one week later and two of my nails have fallen off. As much as I liked bean and our conversations, it makes me very upset that I paid 65 dollars for my nails to fall off in one week and to not have what I originally asked for.
I have been coming here for over 20 years. The best nail shop around. Everyone is very friendly. Beautiful clean shop. I will follow anywhere.
