Absolutely Fabulous Salon LLC

I wanted to love this place because my friend recommended it unfortunately that did not happen. I scheduled an appointment on a Sat and I had an event to go to later that day. Couple hours before my appt I get a call that that Anna doesn't have a hair dye for me. I was dumbfounded. I was on schedule for couple weeks and just now she was checking for the color? She wasn't even apologetic, just excuses excuses. Very dissapointed.

Ania fried my hair! My hair is naturally a dark blonde color and I wanted to go lighter. She over processed my hair and it ended up being platinum blonde (not what I wanted) and looking like hay! I went back and asked her to fix it. She was too busy getting a facial next door and had one of her girls do it. It was terrible! I was charged $180 for this disaster and she refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE! This was back in February 2019 and yes, I'm still butt hurt about it bc my once healthy hair still isn't the same ????

I was referred to stylist (Ania) for a cut. I initially called to inquire on how much the cut would be, I was told $45.00 for a wash, cut & style. That is NOT TRUE as (Ania) asks you to come with your hair already washed. This is Ridiculous, if I’m paying for a service that includes all 3 why should I come in with my hair already washed? Ania, If you don’t want to wash anyone’s hair then you should consider reducing the price since you’re not fulfilling the entire 3 services. What’s fair is fair, if you’re lazy to wash then reduce the price it’s as simple as that.
