This is the best salon in DeKalb. The stylists are friendly and skilled. The salon itself is very well decorated and comfortable. I'll be coming here for a long time.
Gave current hair pics and goal pics. Mary kate said it was doable. Platinum and charcoal. I left Having blue and honey blonde. When i git Home i decided that spending $255 and being very unhappy was too much i reached Out. She offered to fix the blue, and discount the blonde. That rubbed me the wrong way that she wouldn’t just fix it all free. So i asked For a refund. She refused. So i decided I’d at least try to get rid of the blue. I asked For 2 different times and the first she declined. Then the second she just started ignoring me. Facebook tells you when messages are read. HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. color looked terrible, highly overpriced. Need to learn good customer service
