Fantastic Nails

My friend and I went together she was getting mani/pedi I was just getting mani. They started her toes while I waited 20 minutes to start my nails. Which was fine and normal. I then got my nails done, they finished mine and I waited 20 more minutes for them to finish her toes. When they finally finished her toes, the woman tapped her shoulder and said "you come back tomorrow for your mani" they still had an hour left before closing and we had come originally 3 hours before closing. We went to another salon that was willing to take her that night.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to with this place. Poor service and quality. The nail tech rushed on my nails, tried to literally talk me out of getting the service I wanted. I wanted the colored acrylic with coffin shape. My nails are thick, not filed down and shape like my desire style. She did not wash the seat off or her hands after each customer. When I addressed these things nail tech acted like she did not understand my meaning. I will never return to this shop! I do not recommend this place Service: Manicure

This had been the worst nails I have ever gotten. I took myself and granddaughter and got acrylic nails done and they wasn't even bumps all over the polish you can see threw. I complained at the time of service the guy kept saying they was good so I just ended up paying for them and called to speak to the owner and explained to the guy I talked to on the phone and when I told him what I wanted to talk to the owner about he laughed at me.
