Amazing African Hair Braiding

I had gotten my braids done here about two times in the past year but the last time is my very last time because there was just horrible customer service. Basically, I had to drive down to the Springfield location because the owner’s car could not make it to the Decatur location and she did not even offer a discount... she then tried to overcharge me when I sat down and reminded her of the style that I wanted. She was not clear in her text messages on the pricing and she did not take into consideration the fact that I had drove over 30 miles to get my hair done and then when she was done with my hair.. she had the nerve to whisper into my ear to bring all of my money next time. This is not how loyal paying customers should be treated and I will not be returning in the future. The hairstyles were overpriced anyways!

This place!! The woman I talked to was very rude I was trying to set up a appointment AN got hung up on an I would have been a first time customer just for some simple braids being new to the area It's a never for me
