It was my first time and yes, they were very kind but I'm sad because they didn't do what I asked for or at least come close. I asked for a base like caramel and the rays of light, but on the contrary, the base was very dark and the rays were between reddish and yellow. . I ended up very angry ????this is what I asked for and that's how it stayed
