She was great and fast love it first time
Terrible! I paid 100.00 for a retwist (no style), just a regular loc maintenance and my head doesn’t look like it been touched two weeks later. The young lady who did my hair had to leave, because her house had a fire a day before my appointment. I just feel like she should’ve cancelled until she had time to do my hair from beginning to end. Then she told me she didn’t know how to style long dreads ???? If I wanted a style I’d have to have the barber do it. It also took her forever to do my hair, I have NEVER had to sit in a shop 2.5 to 3 hours getting my hair done.. I was referred by a friend and she apologized for my terrible experience but I told her that wasn’t her fault! Should’ve just waited on my regular stylist but I needed my hair done desperately! It won’t happen to me EVER again! Smh Service: Dreadlocks
I Really Enjoyed visiting THIS PLACE I Got Hair Care Services and and My Loctician was Professional and VERY Knowledgeable about Hair Care maintenance it wasn't very crowded for it to be a Saturday it was a calming and welcoming environment the other two staff that were present they also were taking the time to communicate in detail with the other clients that were there the staff all will give feedback to all of the clients and not in an offensive way or an intrusive way but just in basic communication where we all knew that we were here to get different services and we were all talking about our experiences and they just made everyone feel comfortable almost like we have been knowing them for awhile and I say we because we were all talking and all socializing but it was all about hair care and the best way to make sure you were doing what's best for your individual needs it was great
