I bought a groupon for my sister and mother for Christmas to get a facial. My mom called and left a voicemail regarding booking an appointment to get no response. So I took it upon myself to call number given to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. I also called the actual shop and left a voicemail. In both voice mails, I mentioned a refund. Minutes later, calls were returned. My mom and sister made an appointment for today and waited eagerly. This morning the appointment was cancelled due to the massage therapist “having to tow her car”. Purely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconvenient the whole way through. I got a refund for the same reasons and I’ll take my money where it is appreciated!
The encounter was great I really loved the music when he starts the scrub omg to die for ! Wish I could have had my Mani !
I got a massage for my girlfriend. She loved it. Spa is intimate and clean.
