Sine Qua Non Salon

I was very unhappy with my haircut. I have curly hair and my hair was cut wet (which it should have been cut dry). My stylist was nice but not very experienced in curly hair. I wasn’t happy when she was done and asked for a few more layers. She had to wet it again and then quickly cut some things and she ran out of time so I had to leave with wet hair. When I got home and dried it I realized it wAs uneven and a big chunk of hair in front was cut short. I called the salon to ask for it to be fixed and they said I should email for a refund. So I emailed and in the meantime made an appointment elsewhere that specializes is curly cuts. The owner got back to me the next day and demanded I show her proof of my other appointment and wanted to see my hair in person and wanted to cut it for me (wet). Also not a curly hair profesional. I didnt want her cutting my hair too so I gave up on the refund. I’m very unhappy with how they handled the situation.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and love it what Owen does with my hair. The whole Studio is very chill and welcoming and they keep a good stock of R&Co and Oribe for post-chop shopping. 10/10.
