I visited this salon just to wash my hair. I was able to set my appointment by texting which was convenient. You have to put a card on file to reserve an appointment which I don't love but totally understand. The staff was very friendly when I got there. The woman who washed my hair seemed really unsure at times and I got the impression she might still have been in training. Since I was just getting my hair washed it was nbd, but I hope they would have checked if I was ok with a trainee if I would have gotten a cut or a color. This salon exclusively uses Morocanoil brand hair products. It was the first time I've used that brand and the owner was really advocating for it. I didn't love it personally. I didn't like the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. I also didn't like the way the protectant felt in my hair. So I don't think I'll be back, but that's not a reflection of the service. If you've used that product and it works for you and your hair then this place could be a good fit.
