Do not come here. Completely disregarded what I wanted just because she wanted to leave. I arrived on time for my appointment with the owner. I only asked her to even out my hair and long layers. She claims she asked me if I wanted the first layer at my shoulder length. The finished product is the first layer at my face or what she considered her shoulders. I’m really upset. Now all of my hair is gone and it looks like I’m carrying around a bag at the top of my head. Don’t come here. All I wanted was for her to fix my hair not ruin it. She got scissor happy. I want my money back or my hair back. She shouldn’t have accepted an appointment at the end of the day if she wasn’t going to be careful.

Sylvia cut my hair, she did exactly what I wanted! I love my length but my dead ends ends had to go. I for sure will go back for a trim in a few months. Thank you for bringing my hair back to life. (Color not done by salon) Service: Haircut
