Difficulty scheduling, the receptionist spent 15 minutes talking with me about scheduling just to call back 2 days later to tell me the appointment isn’t actually available. She never apologized and didn’t offer an alternative time that worked for my schedule. They also told me I would have to blow dry my own hair because no one would be available to dry it for me after I would have paid several hundred dollars for a balayage. There are places in Chicago that do the same hair treatments and are nicer to their clients, go there!
