Preet Beauties Chicago - Eyebrow Threading & Waxing Salon

I have been coming to Preets once a month since July 2020. The owner sometimes has bad days, on these days she's a little rough on your face and she does not accept criticism well. On her better days the service is amazing. She has a young lady who works with her and she NEVER MISS! Her customer service skills are great, and her waxing/ threading skills are great, I've never had to give her feedback because she delivers every time. Overall, I would say 7 chances out of 10 I have a good experience here. Services: Brazilian waxing, Facial hair removal, Lip hair removal, Bikini hair removal, Eyebrow hair removal

I’ve been here several times lot have my eyebrows shaped and tinted always have a good experience.

I have had plenty of hard waxes but the person who took care of me, I know didn't have experience w it. She spread the hard wax all over my privates at once.....should not have been done. That was not a great experience for me. She had to use the strips to get the hairs that were left after using hard wax. After all the hard waxes I've had no one has had to do that. She was very experienced with the strips but I definitely wouldn't recommend getting hard wax.
