A very nice and inviting salon, beautifully appointed, the support staff is polite and helpful, but unfortunately the talent is inconsistent. It is, of course, what happens when stylists rent chairs rather than being chosen, trained, etc. by a salon. I followed PR through three different locations while my stylist was there (she is amazing, if quite expensive). I also had a great colorist there (also expensive but very good). When my stylist left the salon, I took it as a sign to try to go a little cheaper, and I went to another stylist at Paul Rehder. I was not happy at all. It was cheaper, but jot considerably so, and the quality just wasn’t there. So I have very mixed feelings about the place, sorry to say.

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in everyone is smiling at you, asking how they can help you, and you can tell they genuinely like their job. Vivian is my incredibly talented colorist. She listens to what I want and makes it a reality. She's professional and is a magician with her ability to cover my grays while keeping my hair healthy and natural looking. Cannot say enough great things about her and the staff here!
