Had the worst haircut of my life here. Asked the stylist for long layers and please keep my hair long. 20 mins later, she gave me the “Rachel” haircut from 1995! Short layers and all my hair length GONE. She didn’t listen to anything I said and even admitted she took the liberty to cut some off. Even though I told her I didn’t want to. Horrible stylist- Lupe should not be in business if she can’t listen to her customers. Also, the salon itself is tiny, crowded and run down. Go elsewhere unless you like your stylist doing whatever they want and not listening to you.
This is an average place. Very general haircut for decent price. Nothing too great though, hair style went unnoticeable. Good for a quick trim.
Kim does a great job. Highly recommend them. Great option in the downtown area.
