I battled over writing this review but I feel so slighted by this business that I feel it's best. I booked an appointment for my mother who is not well enough to travel to her normal hair salon and wanted to try out a location much closer to home given how growingly difficult mundane tasks have become due to her health. for context, her hair is relatively short and she came in for a tint and trim. First and foremost, we were quoted $50 on the phone on two separate occasions. After all, was said and done, we paid nearly $100 for her to leave with a very uneven haircut with patches of grey and the warmth of the previous hair dye shining through. The owner was more concerned with conserving their hair dye, which they charged exorbitantly for, rather than executing the service that we paid. The hairdresser was scraping the bowl for remnants of hair dye before 65% of my mother's hair was covered. Amaaaaaazing service. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Carmen really took the time to understand what I wanted (a wolf cut and bangs) and then executed the cut wonderfully. Prices are incredibly reasonable and atmosphere is friendly and clean. Left feeling extremely happy with my hair :) Service: Haircut

Came here because of the convenient location and great reviews online. I was a little disappointed that eyebrow threading was $15 instead of the $7 everyone raved about, but I have to admit that my eyebrows have never looked better. I called the day before to set up an appointment for the next day, came 10 minutes early, and was seated immediately. She did a great job - I feel like it wasn't as painful as it usually is at other places, and she even explained to me how she determined the shape of my brows. Would recommend, though it is a bit pricey.
