The two associates that helped me locate the specific items I needed were extremely helpful! However, the last impression during any customer service experience should be a memorable one. I was asked for my Tel #, and I politely replied, "OH, I don't have an account with you." Cashier: "Would you like one?" I responded, "No, but thank you." The cashier sighed at me with disgust and didn't say a word after spending $80. No (thank you) -or- (have a nice day). I clearly passed her off.

I had the worst experience ever at this ulta last week. I couldn’t even buy anything this is the first and last time I’m shopping here. One of the workers had headphones on and blatantly ignored me when I asked for a fragrence reccomendation. Since when is ulta hiring poorly dresses employees who ignore their customers and talk to themselves. Literally the fragrances drawers were all open, just disorganized in general. Going to Sephora.

I’m so happy that we have an Ulta store in town, and that it’s staffed by people who take the time to help you find just the right products. I’ve found the best foundation (Bare Minerals, yay!) by trying products in store. Their selection is awesome and staff really help narrow down your options for products that work for your needs. The loyalty program is a nick perk. The only minor complaint I have is they can’t seem to keep enough Red Carpet Manicure nail colors in stock. Real LED gel polish is hard to find in town, and it’s one of those things that prefer to purchase in person.
