asked for one inch and he cut off 2.5-3inches which is exactly what I asked him multiple times not to do. anyone who sees the difference in my hair now vs yesterday (pictures included) would know this is much more than 1 inch of hair cut off. it is clear. maybe the man is unaware of what an inch of hair is but I showed him a picture and it turned out nothing like the picture either. asked to keep it long and throughout the haircut kept verifying and he just told me "not to worry". this was a very bad experience. Very impressed with attention to detail and experience of stylist. Very happy with the results for the price. Even though it was saturday and close to closing (we're THOSE jerks) Top Hair Salon was willing to service me and my SO's hair, while still doing a thorough job.

Never ever perm here. Worst experience. It took me 2.5 hours and 80 bucks. But it didn't even last for 3 days. Now my hair looks no difference. Avoid this salon.
