Horrible customer service. The stylist called me for my haircut. And after I asked her to check a note on my account that describes how I like my haircut, she told me to go wait in the waiting room, which I did. Then, after a couple minutes, another stylist called me to cut my hair, so I asked her what seems to me the problem then the first stylist told me “I prefer she cuts your hair because your being difficult and sassy”. When I told her that she called me difficult and sassy because I asked her to check a note, she started arguing more. I cut it short and left the place without a haircut because I don’t want to cause a scene; the other stylists were watching without saying a word. Very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I wish I can give 0 star.

Very high quality cut for a very low price. Received several compliments on my curly short hair in the days after. I recommend the stylist Taelor Mae because she took the time to answer my questions and did a good job.
