Tori is AH-mazing! She understands the haircut I want and does a phenomenal job with my hair color. I don’t like to bleach my hair so she dyes my hair without bleach and it looks bomb! She is also very polite and has an easygoing manner. I recommend her to everyone :D Services: Haircut, Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
