Cindy was great first time going to her and I don't regret it. She is sweet passionate and loves what she does so you know your in good hands. I scheduled an appointment with Goldiloxx on January 12th at 11:45 am. When I arrived I got a bad impression. The door wasn't open yet so I had to wait outside. Upon entering the salon, there was the distinct smell of burnt hair or plastic. I wanted my hair to be toned and bleached in preparation of dyeing my hair purple . If you have social anxiety, STAY AWAY. Cynthia came across as stuck up and really RUDE. The cost of the service was more than the website suggested. Cynthia said, "I can't do a half-backside job" when I said I only needed a bleach and tone and I'd dye at home. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Cynthia then said she couldn't refund my money, "I can't return your $150, you might as well get it done". She tried pressuring me into getting the service which resulted in me having a massive anxiety attack. I didn't use her service, because I was so upset. I left the salon in tears. THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
