I follow Tabitha Brown so when heard her products would be at Ulta Beauty I ran there ( drove ) I cleared the shelves with her Donna’s Recipe Sweet Potato Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Curly Cream and Oil ! All the employees at this location are very friendly!
Luci is amazing at her profession in the brow bar area, not to mention very knowledgeable about other items in the Bloomington, Illinois, ULTA store. I am very picky, and she is fixing my brow shape, great at tinting and, even recommended a satin pillow case to tame my left brow. Highly recommend Luci if you want nice brows and a personable experience.
Just wanted to thank Cameron for taking the time to help me find the best concealer for me. I suffer from dark circles and couldn’t find right concealer for my situation,Yes Tarte is the best hands down I’m so happy!
