Nailsandspa

I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails (that they put on) soaked off. However, I ended up paying Holly to rip my acrylic nails off with an acrylic tip. She then refused to do any type of manicure after. I was left with acrylic still on my nails, nothing was filed down, and extremely damaged nails from this experience. First off, Holly did amazing on my nails! I will be seeing her from now on! She is my go to person. The pedicure I got wasn’t worth what I paid. It was a quick scrub with lotion followed by polish for $55. Plus, I ended up with a painful hang nail a couple days later. It just felt very rushed. I’ll go elsewhere for my pedicures. I went in for a mani:pedi. The staff were super nice, but Natalie, the girl who did my pedicure, put the polish on so thick that she smudged one right away. Mike came over to fix it and in the process he smudged another one. He took off the polish from the two nails, diluted the polish in the bottle and applied two coats. The color did not match, so he applied one more. The colors still did not match and was going to apply another coat - that would have been a total of six coats, including the base and top coat! An hour later they still weren’t dry. The messiness of it all- polish on my skin, uneven polish job. I asked for a dip polish for my manicure. Mike told me he does a combination of dip/gel… That would have fine, but again, it was messy. I left with polish on my fingers. I won’t be going back.
