I love this place!! The service is amazing and everyone is so nice. However, my second time going I was charged $5 extra for the exact same service that I got the first time I went. After tip I ended up paying $10 more for the same thing. I was not informed of any price change while I was getting my nails done, and the price menu was also the same. One reason I came back here was because they were transparent about the prices. I’ve been to other salons where they tell me the length or shape I got was extra AFTER I already got it done. They seemed to have done the same to me but I was not even told why I was being charged more. Service: Acrylic nails

Best Salon in Bloomington Normal. Everyone knows wbout Kim's and Twins but Maria has them and everyone beat. I was seated immediately, offered refreshments and I had a great conversation with everyone. The color and powder choices are endless and the airbrush and art options are top tier. Prices are fair. but the service exceeds what you get elsewhere making this worth every penny. No upcharge for my desired nail shape either. The electric file was quiet and comfortable on my delicate nails and the final result was incredible. I could just rave forever. Service: Acrylic nails

Had an appointment at 1000 didn't get seen until 1030. I didn't get to leave the salon until 1330. It's been 5 days and one of my finger nail broke and my gel polish on my toes that was blue turned green at the tips. The staff was friendly and nice but my nails shouldn't take 3 hours to do nor should my whole left hand be crooked. Very disappointed since I paid 165 for mani and pedi and another 30 for tip because she was very sweet and only have been doing nails for 2 years. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
