I never made it over there, because the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and refused to check to see if they had a certain color polish I wanted for a mani/pedi. She said I had to drive over there to check. I told her I wasn't going waste gas to do that, and I said goodbye and hung up. Very poor customer service, very poor communication, and very unprofessional behavior.

They should close this school down. This is one of the worst schools that these students attend. They don’t learn professionalism as one of their skills. I guess it’s from the lack of knowledge of it from the teachers. Regardless of making an amount well in advance, they still will call to tell you your appointment needs to be cancelled only a few minutes before your time. When you actually do get an appointment, you are greeting to mediocre furnishings and atmosphere. Feels like they are not learning cosmetology but thanatology.

This was pretty awful. I waited 40 minutes past my set time to even get sat. I just wanted an all over black. (I’m a natural brunette). I’m low maintenance, I just wanted it black and I’ll be happy. I understand they’re students, so I trust the teacher will catch any mishaps before I walked out. Huge chunks of my hair are brown that they just missed, as you can see in the picture. It’s right at the front of my face. I came back a couple days later to ask to have it touched up, one of the teachers fought me and told me I’m lying when I showed her pictures (woman with short gray hair). I came to her nicely and I easily got defensive because I wasn’t going to be told I’m some crazy lady trying to get my hair done for free. I paid 3-4 times the original price because I have A LOT of hair and I was okay with that! The charge was to mix more dye to make sure all my hair was covered. So I paid more to not even get what was promised. She was mean and really unwelcoming. I don’t even blame the
