First of all, I want to give a million stars to nail tech Mari; she's an absolute professional! Her technique is top-notch. She's been very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and gave me the best experience ever. I purchased a Groupon deal ($90) and was never told (even though I made an appointment a week prior) that I would have to pay gratuity ($33), which is nearly 30% of my original purchase. It's not negotiable, and they make you sign a paper 5 minutes before your appointment. The first nail tech (not Mari) who was supposed to do my nails did an OK pedicure, but when she started working on my nails, she did not know how to file them or cut the cuticles. It took her 40 minutes to make all of my nails different shapes and sizes, and they looked bad. I couldn't wait any longer and asked for another nail tech (Mari) who literally saved the day!

I always go to Christina when I get my nails done. She's so sweet and the most talented nail artist I've ever witnessed. I love this salon in general. They are very kind and passionate about their customers. It's a beautiful salon that I'll be continuing to be loyal too. I also will begin getting my hair done here now as well.
