Great Clips

Worst experience ever. Had a wonderful Sunday. Took my friend to Great Clips. They made us sad. Hair around the ear were not properly cut. Have't asked me if I want leave longer hair in front. Lady just took everything off. I understand that we came in almost by the closing time but you have to keep professionalism all the time. Shame.... We also brought coupon and copy of it. They refused copy ( due corporation policy). At least we tried to save some money on worst experience ever but.... Shame on this kind of corporation which do not train their staff. Do not recommend this location at all!!!

Hairdressers definitely needs more training on the quality. It's a rush environment & poor haircuts. Will not be back. Contacting customer service will not help in this case, please don't offer that in the comments. It's just pure lack of actual professional training, that's it. Service: Haircut

Went in there asking for a mullet. Asked for zero on the sides, faded and to not touch the back. Told them that twice. Long story short, I now have a high and tight. No mullet. Progress lost. Also called HR and they told me they'd have the manager call me and he never did. Poor service, poor customer service.
