Supercuts

My girlfriend went in for a balayage with low lights. She instead got NOTHING like what she wanted, the girl that she wanted was not there. She said that she would just wait, but Adriana said that she could do it with no problem, and halfway through tells my girlfriend "This is my first time doing this" and well. The result is nothing like she asked for, my girlfriend has to go back in and get it toned just so that it can even look "close" to what she wanted. Not happy at all with the service, 6 hours of sitting there for an unhappy outcome. Adriana seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, took her 4 hours to bleach my girlfriend's hair. She charged me $20 for a half inch trim of my split ends. I was in the chair for less than a minute. 3 snips and she said I was done. Didn’t brush my hair out, didn’t measure my length to get the tips even, nothing. The trim cost more than the price of a shampoo or haircut. Made no sense. Great clips charges $6 for a trim. Trying supercuts was a mistake.

The wait time is worth the hair cut. Everyone there is friendly. They have some amazing products for hair as well. They all do amazing cuts!
