I came in today wanting another shops mistake fixed. Justin and his brother helped me and they were so kind to me and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back to see Justin every 2 weeks!

Went in to get a pedicure. I was one of the first customers. Great welcome. But my pedicure was horrible. The lady doing them was more involved in conversations with co workers than actually doing my pedicure. I got the #2 pedi and it was not even what I paid for. Massage was horrible, she trimmed my nails without asking. She would massage one leg and touch the next for a second and be done… And I didn’t get everything that was listed for the #2 and $56 pedicure that I could have done better. Unfortunately One of the worst pedicures I have got in a long long time.

My Mother in law took myself, sister in law, and daughter here for a pedicure. She was assured they could do all 4 of us at the same time, that did not happen. Two of us were left sitting with the water getting cold. By the time they got around to me, they were clearly rushing to finish as there were people with other appts waiting. The gel was put on sloppily, half of several of my toes had no gel, and then they cut the corners off my big toe nails, which is a huge no, as that can cause ingrown nails. After getting home and inspecting it, it was clear they cut off the corners because that part was missed by the gel as well. I ended up taking it all off the next day because of how bad it looked. This could have been an off day for them, I understand people have off days, but I was not pleased at all. My daughter's pedicure was fine, they even did a cute flower design for her, but my mother in law was also not pleased with her results. Professionalism means having consistent results, an
