Horrible customer service. Made an appointment told it was 68 min wait and received a text to head to the salon that was 15 minutes away and the text would still have a wait. Walked in and told they canceled it but they could set me back on for another 68 minute wait. Don't waste your time. Go to some one else who can actually cut hair!

The stylist who did my hair was very sweet, and they were all so nice in the salon. However- my hair ???? it was below shoulder length and I asked for a mid neck straight cut. One side is longer than the other- I did point this out and she fixed it as best as she could, and it looked okay at the salon but when I got home and straightened it, there’s a noticeable difference. And then my picture. It is so jagged and uneven, and I’m too scared to ask them to fix it because it’s already shorter than I wanted. It’s not the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, but it’s not the best. When I curl it/put some waves in it, it’s not as noticeable. My advice for those wanting to go to this salon- be very specific in what you want, check all angles before you leave, and err on the side of caution with the length.
