Its a really great place. Its just the past 2 times ive been there its been a little wonky. My first set turned out absolutely beautiful, the only problem with them was that the sides of the nails werent filled in by the polish all the way, leaving so space left unpainted, but it was barely noticeable (only up close). My most recent set turned out super cute but for some reason after 3 days the paint started peeling.. i got acrylics with gel polish. Found it super weird cause thats never happened before.
The polish was old. It had splotches and did not evenly spread onto the toenails. I went immediately back to show the salon and was told it would be $30 for a polish change. It should have been free because of the old polish. This place was good until this experience for me. Felicia changed mine polish for me and did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable about the polish and just has great customer service. I appreciate Felicia so much. Book with Felicia! ♡
I noticed it was a significant step up from your typical walk-in salon. The salon's commitment to excellence is reflected in the consistently positive feedback from satisfied customers. Their artwork was beautiful. This was my first time at YN Nail Salon and I will definitely be going back. Always happy with my dipping powder nails.
