I go To Jaycie for all my hair care needs. She is punctual, professional and listens to what I am wanting to do with my hair. I always get so many compliments on the colors and styles she does for me! I went in to get my first pixie cut (I have always had my hair long so this was a big change) and Melanie was wonderful! She asked me questions and made sure I was confident in my decision, and was also very considerate about consent to be in my personal space/let me know when she was going to cut a different part of my hair. I came in with almost no direction about what I wanted and Melanie was great about working with my face shape to find something that suited me and let me customize as we went along. I'm especially happy with how the texturizing turned out. Very kind, helpful, and professional - will be back!
