I've been getting my hair done here since I moved back to Boise. Hailey is my girl! I always leave happy and feeling fresh. All the gals are so lovely and sweet. I used to get massages from a gal named Polly and she was fabulous! Ever since she moved, this place has gone downhill. They have cancelled multiple massages on me last-minute (probably 3 out of the last 6), including one I had scheduled to receive before leaving for my honeymoon the next day. I also used this place to get my nails done before my bridal shower. I wanted a french manicure and after starting the appointment they informed me they cannot do that. I had to pick a color I did not want because I didn’t have time to reschedule before my bridal shower. The woman doing my nails was inattentive, on her phone a lot, and a few times just left me sitting there alone. Finally, when her next client arrived early, she left me and asked me to show myself out. In the past I would have recommended this place for a massage but I no longer do. Service: Manicure
