I always love coming to see miss Katie Moreno! Love hearing her laugh every time! And when she does my hair or my daughter's hair she is so professional and makes us feel so beautiful!
Before I went to Karen Rios I had a horrible haircut from another shop. Even after a manager(she said) “fixed it”, it was chopped is the best way to describe it. Moe of the three stooges is my description. Wasn’t sure it could be fixed until it grew. My sister sent me to Karen and I was in total shock when she finished,it looks great!! Actually better than great. Was so pleased with what I had thought was hopeless. If a stylist ever asks you if you want your sideburns shaved and you are a woman- get out of the chair and run.
