Red Stiletto Hair Salon

Oh, how does one even give one star to this salon?? Went in for a normal root touch up and ended up with bleach holes in the front of my hair and stripping in the back. Attempted to get a hold of the stylist for a week with no return phone call. I called the owner who promptly told me to come in and she would fix the issue. Upon arriving I was told that i would have to pay to have my hair fixed because i would be taking a paying clients seat...this after paying $85 to have my ruined. She told me on the phone she would take care of me and now wanted the stylist to do it, even though i couldn't get a hold of her. I expressed that i didn't trust her after she had sent me out the door the way she did, but she let me know there was nothing she could do because they were their own bosses. I told her that as a business owner myself I wouldn't have stylists in there making her facility look bad, and that she should be doing something to remedy the problem regardless because it happened in her

Meg is my Hair Stylist at Red Stiletto and is the absolute BEST stylist I've ever been to. She is a wizard at what she does and is very personable. This salon has a great atmosphere and vibe.

Kylie Pickup is a Rockstar. When we moved here 2 years ago the biggest thing my wife stressed about was finding a hair dresser. Kylie was recommend by a friend and my wife couldn't be happier. Happy wife, happy life. Plus she always makes her look awesome so I win too.
