Edit: this experience was in Trina’s failure of a salon at the Pine Ridge Mall in Pocatello. Appointment wasn’t booked with any online system, I signed a chemical release and I don’t use my full name on my Google profile. My mom had a beautiful haircut from her a year or so before my experience, so I had a high opinion of Trina before this incident. My account is 100% true. She did have hair dryers and she did put the dryer on my hair with bleach on it. Be forewarned, she does not own up to her actions - she deflects and is hostile. Rest-assured I have verified that my experience was with Trina Gillard and I absolutely DID try to resolve with her. I have since spoken with several people who had similarly negative experiences with her. Original review: TRINA fried my hair - processed my dark brown hair with bleach more than once in one setting, not including toner. Trina is a phenomenal hair dresser. Her strengths in the art of making you feel beautiful, shine in so many ways. She makes sure your not only comfortable, but recieving the look you truly want and love. She's real, genuine fun and energetic. Always good conversation every appointment! I've recently had my hair lightened and toned, as well as my eye lashes done by Trena and I love everything about my look. I highly recommend giving her a call and scheduling a consolation if your in need of a great hair dresser!
