I have been seeing Jess for 8 years and would travel just about anywhere to keep her. She has never ruined my hair. She's the only one who seems to know how to cut it and make it look smooth. And when I went to her initially I had had many bad color experiences and she put up with my incredible neuroticism related to this... helped with test strands, did one thing after another to make sure I would be happy and I always have been 8 years later.
