Arrived to my appointment to a locked Salon. Texted the MUA we were there to see, no answer. Called, no answer. Waited 15 min, texted and called again. After waiting 45 min we had to make the decision to backtrack to the house and do our own makeup and then get to the location for family pictures on time. The reason I finally got as to why my confirmed appointment was missed....'my alarm didn't go off'.... maddening and completely unprofessional.

I have been getting my nails done at the salon for a few years now, and I have NEVER been disappointed! Tawny ALWAYS gives me exactly what I want and her attention to detail is one of the reasons I keep going back! ***** Exceeds Expectations every time! However, today I opted to try a new service and got a Lash Lift. Let me tell you, I am beyond thrilled with the results! they are PERFECT! They look and feel natural and the process was easy and totally relaxing!
