Seriously an A++ experience! Nikki is the perfect stylist for me. She starts cautiously, listens to what your concerns are, chats readily but does not feel compelled to fill the space with small talk. Her styling skills are phenomenal and she takes care of you and your hair (protectant products and more)! What more can you want. Another thing I love is that she never pushes the products on you either. I always appreciate when my normal cuts don't turn into sales pitches.

I went to 21 North Concept Salon after years of growing my hair very long, debating on getting it cut short, and only getting trims at home. They have a great online tool to match you to a stylist before you actually book any services. The online matching tool gives you 3 stylists to choose from, I chose to get my hair cut done by Emma and she did an amazing job! The entire experience with Emma was very comfortable from walking in and being greeted all the way to the end when I left feeling really great about myself and the new haircut that I had been so nervous about! The salon itself is such a great vibe. Very comfortable and welcoming as soon as you walk in. I will definitely be going back to 21 North & Emma for all of my hair needs!! Service: Haircut
