The worst experience I've had in terms of hair services, I went for a keratin treatment and they almost left me bald, what an inept stylist????????I'll never go again, I don't recommend it at all, and apart from that the service is expensive, I paid for it they will leave me bald ????.I was confident because I lived in Ohio and the hairdressing services there are the best I have been able to receive, but here it was the opposite.
Nice clean store. Smells nice. Well organized. Staff were very helpful. Prices are fair
Ordered product online and it came with a free gift, chose pick up because I mean...free. Turns out store was out of the free gift, so they just got the original product ready. Went into pick up, realized no free gift asked them how to get it and Danielle took the time to go through everything with me and we ordered it online instead and had it shipped so I could get the gift. She was incredibly sweet, polite and attentive.
